CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, APRIL 20, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the April 20, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:47
P.M. to review the public hearing and City Council agendas.
Due to the stay at home order related to COVID-10, issued by Cole County, the public
hearing will be made available for participation via WebEx, and for viewing on the City’s
Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CityofJefferson. The City Council meeting
will be available for viewing on the City’s Facebook page.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present via WebEx when the meeting convened:
Present: Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber,
and Ward
Absent: Fitzwater and Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA ITEMS
Public Hearing Meeting Scheduled for 6:00 P.M.
- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning and Protective Services will present bill
2019-116.
- Ryan Moehlman, City Counselor will present the proposed development plan
and grant for partial real property tax abatement for 2 00 and 202 East High
Street.
Councilmembers Fitzwater and Wiseman joined the meeting at 5:51 P.M.

Councilman Graham will lead the prayer.
