A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
` WHEREAS, the Voters of California, on November 6, 1979,
added Article XIII B to the State Constitution placing various
limitations on the appropriations of the State and local
governments, and
WHEREAS, Article XIII B provides that
limit for the fiscal year 1985-86 is calculated
base year appropriations of fiscal year 1978-79
cost of living and population, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has comp
provisions of Article XIII B in determining the
limit for fiscal year 1985-86.

NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Appropriations Limit for the City of
Lynwood for fiscal year 1985-86 shall be $7,991,973, as determined
by exhibit "A" attached hereto.
