A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TRANSFERRING $11,000 (ELEVEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS) FROM SALARIES TO OTHER CONTRACTUAL
SERVICES IN THE ACCOUNTING DIVISION FOR THE
PURPOSE OF HIRING A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT FOR
THE VACANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER POSITION
WHEREAS, there is an immediate need to fill the
Accounting Manager position temporarily until a new Accounting
Manager can be hired; and
WHEREAS, the most expeditious manner to do this is by
hiring a qualified individual on a contractual basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfer of appropriations:
FROM: T0:
1-4301-1101 Salaries 1-4301-2202 Other Services
$11,000 Contract $11,000
Section 2. This resolution will take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th da of Sept. 1985.
