A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROPRIATING TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($1,200) FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE LIGHT CONTROL PANEL AT
BATEMAN HALL

WHEREAS, the light control panel servicing patio,
walkway and parking lot at Bateman Hall is defective; and
WHEREAS, age availability of parts and wear make re-
pair of the unit impractical; and
WHEREAS, Council is desirous of maintaining safe,
well-lighted access to the facility,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby determine, order, resolve as follows:
Appropriate twelve hundred dollars ($1,200) from
Capital Outlay Funds and authorize the City Manager to transfer
funds to Account No. O1-4703-3103 for replacement of light
control panel at Bateman Hall.
