A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE THE REIMBURSEMENT OF
$3,748.00 TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR COSTS INCURRED
INCORRECTLY FOR PROJECT #80c-376 RESIDENTIAL
REHABILITATION PER THE SIMPSON AND SIMPSON
AUDIT OF THE CITY'S HCDA PROJECTS FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1981-82
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood contracted with Los Angeles
County Community Development Commission for the Administration of
its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program; and
WHEREAS, HUD Regulations require the return of any
expenditures that were incorrectly charged on approved CDBG
projects; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood is responding in compliance
with this regulation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby determine,
order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approve the reimbursement of 3 74E.00 to
the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission for its
HCDA account for costs incorrectly incurred during fiscal year
1981-82.
