RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN ESCROW AGREEMENT IN
SUPPORT OF ITS RESIDENTIAL HOUSING REHAB-
ILITATION LOAN PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City has authorized a Residential Property
Rehabilitation Program as part of an adopted Community Development
Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood, in order to implement the
Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program has requested United States
Escrow to provide contractor disbursement and accounting services
towards its support; and
WHEREAS, the United States Escrow is willing to consider
providing professional Escrow Services in support of the City's
Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program effective November 16, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the. City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the service agreement between the City of
Lynwood and United States Escrow is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its approval.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this Sth day of
1985.
