1. Confirm direction of the planning process:
• Objectives and benefits of the process
• End products
• Board role
• Nature and extent of public involvement
• Time frame
• Staff and other resources required
2. Review existing policies, lands, improvements, and .plans
3. Identify planning issues, objectives, and opportunities

5. Approve next steps

Members of the public will have the opportunity to address the Board concerning the
development of the Regional Open Space Plan.
