CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, MAY 4, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the May 4, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:45 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present via WebEx when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich,
Schreiber, Vogt, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Mihalevich will lead the prayer.
Announcements
- Mayor Tergin will call on Matt Morasch, Director of Public Works, to announce
parking and transit updates pertaining to COVID-19.
- Mayor Tergin asked City Counselor, Ryan Moehlman to provide an update on
MSP Redevelopment proposals.
- Mayor Tergin will announce International Firefighters Day.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff provided a summary of their respective bills introduced.
- Councilmen Graham and Hussey will request to suspend the rules on 2019 -
129 and 2019-130 respectively to move forward with timely contracts.
- Council Graham will request to suspend the rules on 2019 -133 pertaining to
amending the City Code to allow the City to enforce State or County health
orders.

- City Staff provided a summary of their bill.

- City Staff provided a summary on their respective resolution.
