February 11, 2014 Meeting Minutes
Town Hall, Room 203
In attendance: Colleen Charleston, Mary Jo LaFreniere, Dan Terry, Carole Nathan
Absent: Scott Aghababian,
Meeting called to order by Carole at 7:00PM.
Minutes to the January 2014 meeting were read and approved.
A request for payment for the following was signed:
$630.00 for Senior Center exercise,
Two 2013 scholarships are outstanding.
An e-mail request was made by the Post Prom committee. Carole will be in touch with
Kathleen Karpe, the co chairperson, about attending the March meeting and making the
request with 3 estimates.
Colleen will be in touch with Aubrey Doyle, from the Hopkinton High School Athletic
Hall of Fame committee, regarding updated estimates for wall plaques. Request will be
reviewed with estimates at March meeting.
Carole is writing the Marathon Fund annual report for the town meeting/report.
Next meeting is Tuesday, March 11, 2014.
Meeting adjourned at 7:31 PM.
