-I AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR UTILITY VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for Utility
Vehicles; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for Utility Vehicles.
- 2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 9th day of September, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 10, 2004.
