The ceremony will take place at 12:00pm on the Town Green, near the mural by the bike racks. Tom O’Neil, chair of the Commission on Public Art, will recognize the Friends of Leesburg Public Art for funding the mural project, Robert Cassell from the Leesburg Sherwin Williams store for the paint donation, Kevin Dunn of Hopps Art Lounge for the mural design and the many local residents and Tuscarora High School students who volunteered to paint the mural. # # #
