AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR GARBAGE TRUCK
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for a
Garbage Truck; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
l. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for a Garbage Truck.
- I 2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 9th day of September, 2004
and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on September 10, 2004.
