A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFIE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING A CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETVdEEN
THE CITY AND PI~JECT JADE TO PROVIDE CONTINUED
JUVENILE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR THE LYNWOOD
COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1985, Council approved the City's CDBG
application to HUD for fiscal year 1985-86;
WHEREAS, as part of the City's CDBG application, funding was
allocated for project JADE;
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed project JADE's program perfor-
mance;
WF~REA.S, Council approves project JADE for CDBG funding for
fiscal year 1985-86;
NGW, THEREh'ORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approve and adopt the attached contract agreement
between the City and Project JADE to provide continued juvenile assistance
programs to the Lynwood community effective February 4, 1986 through
June 30, 1986 for $30,000.
