A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OI' LYNWOOD APPROVING A CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND PROJECT CHILD ABUSE TO PROVIDE
CONTINUED CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAMS FOR
' ThE LYNWOOD COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1985, Council approved the City's CDBG
application to HUD for fiscal year 1985-86;
WIIII2EA.S, as part of the City's CDBG application, funding was
allocated for project CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION;
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed project CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION's
performance;
WHEREAS, Council approves project CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION for
CDBG funding for fiscal year 1985-86;
N~nT, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approve and adopt the Attached contract agreement
between the City and Project CHII,D ABUSE PRE'JEN'I'ION to provide continued
child abuse assistance to the Lynwood. community effective February
4, 1986 through June 30, 1986 for $6000.
PASSID, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
February 1986.
