A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING TRACT MAP N0. 26964.
WFIEREAS, the Planning Commission received, analyzed and
conditionally approved Tentative Tract Map No. 26964 by adopting
Resolution No. 967 on November 8, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on October 9, .L984,
granted a one year time extension from September 29, 1984 to
September 29, 1985, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on October 8, 1985,
granted a six month time extension from September 29, 1985 to March
29, 1985, and
WHEREAS, all conditions of tentative approval as set
forth by Planning Commission Resolution No. 967 have been met, and
FVHEREAS, the City Engineei° has examined the map and
finds that it conforms substantially to the tentative map and that
all provisions of State law and the City of Lynwood Subdivision
Ordinance applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map,
have been complied with, and
WIFEREAS, Section 25-18.I of the Lynwood City Code
requires that final tract maps be approved by the City Council,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the City Council oP
the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l: The City Council approves Tract Map No. 26964,
S_ecti_o_n 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
