A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH HOME BANK
__„ FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING MINICOMPUTER
HARDWARE.

WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the purchase of a
new minicoumputer system; and
WHEREAS, the most cost effective method of purchasing the
system is through lease financing; and
WHEREAS, Home Bank has offered a complete lease financing
package.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute a Lease
Purchase Agreement with Home Bank in the form presented to the
Council substantially in order to purchase minicomputer hardware.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1.8th day of March ,
1986.
