a.To comply with,or act under the authority of,M.G.L.c.30A,s.21(a)(2)specific to
conducting strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-unit personnel,the
Administrative Team,because having the discussion in an open meeting would have a
detrimental effect on the School Committee’s bargaining position.
b.To comply with,or act under the authority of,M.G.L.c.30A,s.21(a)(3)specific to
conducting strategy sessions in preparation for contract negotiations with the Hopkinton
Teachers'Association Unit A,because having the discussion in an open meeting would
have a detrimental effect on the School Committee's bargaining position.
c.To comply with or act under the authority M.G.L.c.30A,§.21(a)(3)specific to the
review of Executive Session Minutes for the meetings of November 8,2021,January 19,
2023,and March 16,2023 and to reconvene in regular session.

●Payroll Warrant S23019 has been approved.Warrants 23-050,23-051 and 23-052 have
been approved.Copies of Warrants have been provided in packets.

The listed matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair to be discussed at the meeting.Not all items may in fact be
discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.Unless an agenda item
is a posted public hearing,the matter may be considered earlier than the indicated time if there are last minute cancellations or
other unforeseen events which cause the Committee to move more quickly through the Agenda.
a.7:35-7:40:Photography Donation -Dr.Cavanaugh
For consideration:Request approval to accept the donation from Bob Cole of two film cameras
with an estimated value of $200 for the HS photography program.
Motion:Move to accept film camera donation with an estimated value of $200.
b.7:40-7:45:Athletic Request -Additional Coaches -Dr.Cavanaugh
For consideration:Request approval for an additional HS coach and an additional MS coach
for the Outdoor Track and Field teams.
Motion:Move to approve an additional HS coach and an additional MS coach for the Outdoor
Track and Field teams.
c.7:45-7:50:Hiller Athletics Donation -Dr.Cavanaugh
For consideration:Request approval to accept the donation from Resilience Cross Fit in
Hopkinton,who has generously donated a Rowing Machine to our Fitness Center (a value of
$1,000).
Motion:Move to approve the donation of the rowing machine valued at $1,000.
For consideration:Request approval to accept the generous donation from The Fowler
Family of $1,000 to our Girls Golf Program.
Motion:Move to approve the Fowler Family donation of $1,000.

The Superintendent recommends the School Committee approve the Items by Consensus as
listed below:
a.Payroll Warrant S23019 in the amount of $1,869,899.49.
b.Operating &Other Funds Warrant #23-050 in the amount of $176,037.87
c.MS Student Activities Account Warrant #23-051 in the amount of $9,760.
d.Operating &Other Funds Warrant #23-052 in the amount of $355,157.48.
e.Operating &Other Funds Warrant #23-053 in the amount of $115,901.10.
f.HS Student Activities Warrant #23-054 int he amount of $44,646.05.
