A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $7,268
(SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT DOLLARS)
FR~1 HUD FUND 28 TO I3CDA FUND 27 FOR SERVICES
RENDERED UNDER PROJECT #84C-387, PROJECT JADE
Wf~REAS, the City of Lynwood contracted with the Juvenile Assistance
Diversion Effort to provide services in preventing crime and delinquency; and
WIIEREAS, the need for the transfer is the result of changes in the
Mid-year Budget; and
WHEREAS the City Council has studied this appropriation transfer
and its Budget implications:
NO'v~~, THEREL'ORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, deterniine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to make the following
appropriation transfer:

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
