Employee Position and Classification Plan and amended same as needed; and

salar~~ ,-esolution and salary schedules as Exhibits A tiir.ough F; ar,d
FJHEP.EAS, the City Cotincil of the City of Lynwood has authori-zed
the position of Plan Chec}c Engineer; and -
'r?i~L:P.EAS, a classification statement !-ias been prepared and a salary
sur~ae~,~ has beer. conructed for Plan Check Engineer; and
i,>i',EP.EAS, tiie Senior Building Inspector classification required revi-
sion; and
L;IIEREAS, the Personnel P>oard has reviewed and recommended the classi-
fication;
NOtid, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood does .hereby
find, detc-rmir.e, order and resolve as follows:
Section L Amend the Employee Position and Classification Plan~to
add Plan Check Engineer (Exhibit A) and substitute the revised_Senicr Building

Section 2. .Amend the Management Salary Schedule, Exhibit"73 of the
Sal.ar}~ Resoluti_or. to add the title of Pian Check Engineer a+. the S.~I`i 1eve1.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
