A RESOLUTION OF 1'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNlV00D llESIGNATING THE POSITION
OF COUNCIL AIDE AS EXCLUDED FROM TI-IE
CLASSIFIED SERVICE
1VIIEREAS, Ordinance No. 1106 amended Section 24-32
o:C the Code of the City of Lynwood to provide that there be
excluded from the provisions of the personnel system es-
tablished by said City Code such offices, positions and
employment as may from time to time be specified by
resolution of the City Council; and
IVHEREAS, the City Council wishes further to design-
ate the position of Council Aide as exempt from the provisions
of said personnel system,
NOW, 'THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood hereby does ordain that, in accordance with said
Section 24-32, the position of Council Aide is excluded :f:rom
the classified personnel system of the City of Lynwood.
