A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OF LYNV~LOOD AUTHORIZING Tf~ APPROPRIATION OF
$7,600 (SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLFIZS) FROM
THE GENERAL FUPID FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED
UNDER AGRF;EI~NT WITH MARTIIV J. MAYER AND ASSOCLATES
Wh~REAS, the City of Lynwood has contracted with Martin J. Mayer
and Associates to render professional services in Cade Enforcement; and
WI3EREAS, it has been determined that additional funds are required
to cover prosecutor costs relating to municipal code violations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation and its
Budget implications;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does.hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as folla~as:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to make the following
appropriation:

General Fund Unappropriated 01-4672-2202 Professional
fund Balance.........$7,600 and Contractual Services
$7,600
~ Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
