A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYVWOOD APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE RETURN
OF $1,000 TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMIx'UT' COMMISSION FOR EXPENDITURES CHARGED
FOR PRQJECT JADE IN ERROR AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS
THEREFORE
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1984, Project JADE requested a cash match
from the City of Lynwood of $13,000; and
WIIERFAS, in October 1984, Council approved a cash match to Project
JADE for $12,000 for fiscal year 1984-85; and
W'f-IEREA.S, on October 1984 a check for $13,000 was issued to Project
JADE which included $1,000 of HCDA funds in error; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to return $1,000 to the Los Angeles
County Community Development Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City will return $1,000 to the Los Angeles
Community Development Commission for charges for Project JADE in error during
fiscal year 1984-85
Section 2. The City Manager or his Designee is authorized to
make the following fund transfer:

General Fund $ 1,000 27-250 Fund Balance $ 1,000
Unappropriated Fund Balance
