~ A RESOL'~TION Or^ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF lifNWCOD APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FOR THE BUILDNG AND SAFETY DIVISI0;1 OF THE
CON111UNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FROM SALARIES
(Ol-46G2-1101) TO PROFESSIONAL AND CONTRACTUAL
SERVICES (01-4u02-2262)
4~f-IEREAS, the City of LynwDOd provides building services for the
Community; and
WHEREAS, the necessity of the transfer is a result of changes
in t.~e Mid-Year Budget; and
WHEREAS, professional contractual services are being provided
for Plan Checking Services and Building Inspection Services ai-,d will be
required for an undetermined time period ir. the future; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this transfer and its
budgeting implications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of t;;e City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
(~ Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes a transfer of
funds from Salaries to Professional and Contractual Services for the Building
and Safety Division.
Section 2. The City I~ianager is authorized to make the following
transfer:

Section 3. This Resolution shall. become effective immediately
upon adoption.
