A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE COMMERCIAL REHABILITA-
TION REGULATIONS MANUAL TO INCLUDE PROVISIONS
FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMERCIAL REHABILI-
~'"` TATION REBATE PROGRAM FOR LYNWOOD BUSINESSES

WHEREAS, on October 1, 1985, Council approved an operat-
ing Agreement with Bank of America to provide financial services
in support of its Commercial Rehabilitation Program; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to provide expanded financing
mechanisms to Lynwood businesses for the rehabilitation and/or
expansion of their commercial properties; and
WHEREAS, the Commercial Rehabilitation Rebate Program
would provide an additional source of financial assistance to
qualified Lynwood businesses.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Amend the Commercial Rehabilitation F2egula-
tions Manual to add Section 2.0-Commercial Rehabilitation Rebate
Program establishing the Commercial Rehabilitation Rebate Program
to provide additional financial assistance to Lynwood businesses.

1986.
