A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNW00D
AUTHORIZING THE ADDITION OF A MICRO-COMPUTER AND PRINTER
TO THE APPROVED CAPITAL OUTLAY LIST FOR THE USE OF THE
PLANNING DIVISION AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THREE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) FROM THE PLANNING DIVISION PRO-
~~~```^^^ FESSIONAL ANll CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FUND TO THE PLANNING
DIVISION CAPITAL OUTLAY (OFFICE EQUIPMENT).
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood provides planning services for the
community, and
WHEREAS, the need for the equipment is a result of increased de-
velopment activity and associated processing within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Division desires to continually update the
functions technologically; and
WHEREAS, the need for the transfer is the result of changes in the
Mid-year Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation tra nsfer
and its Budget implication;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
List.
Section 1. Amicro-computer is added to the approved Captital Outlay
Section 2. The City Manager is authorized to purchase a micro-computer
and printer for use by the Planning Division.
Section 3. The City Manager is authorized to make the following
appropriation transfer:

Section 4. This Kesolution shall become effective immediately upon
