The fee categories set forth in Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein, are approved to be made available to qualified businesses within the GWEZ at a twenty-five percent (250) reduction of their total costs provided said business generate twenty (20) or more new jobs. SECTION 2. The Director of Community Development, or his/her designee, shall determine which businesses qualify to receive reduced development fees after proper verification or evidence of compliance with applicable regulations submitted by the applicant. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon final designation of the Greater Watts Employment Zone.
