The expected revenue loss from any fee resolution relative to
development proposals in the target area is a function of the
~'^ number of proposals and the type of proposals. While this es-
+I timate figure cannot be calculated at present, it is known that
overall revenue from application, permit and processing fees
` would be reduced by twenty-five percent (25i). This may range
from a few dollars to several thousand dollars on an application
(proposal) by application basis.
The benefit to applicants would be a reduction in
costs), a reduction in processing time and review
by saving time in the early stages of development
start-up. This will result in locaer initial costs
cant. The same fee and processing time reductions
all developments, businesses and other applicants
or small.
