CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION, MAY 28, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the May 28, 2020 work session to order at 6:00 P.M.
Due to COVID-19 and social distancing recommendations, the work session was held
virtually.
ROLL CALL
The f ollowing City Council Members were present via WebEx for roll-call:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Schreiber,
Vogt, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was declared present.
MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Councilman Graham and seconded by Councilwoman Wiseman
to go into closed session. The motion passed by the following roll call vote:
Aye: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Schreiber,
Vogt, Ward, and Wiseman
Nay: None
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The following City Council Members were present when the meeting reconvened in open
session:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Schreiber,
Vogt, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Wiseman, seconded by Councilman
Graham, and approved unanimously at 7:51 P.M.
