A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR APPEAL TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTS
WHEREAS, Chapter 17.72.200 of the Moab Municipal Code
outlines the procedure and fee for filing an appeal to the Board of
Adjustments; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 9-91 established the fee for appeal to the
Board of Adjustments at $30.00; and
WHEREAS, the administrative cost of preparing for an
increasing number of appeals to the Board of Adjustments warrants
an increase in this feel to $70.00;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
by the Moab City Council that the fee for appealing to the Board of
Adjustments is $70.00;
DONE IN OPEN COUNCIL THIS 12th DAY OF
