APPROVING LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR LISANDRO E. VILLALBA
WHEREAS, Lisandro E. Villalba has requested an extended Leave of Absence
from his position of Truck Driver; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council has agreed to grant him an additional Leave
of Absence, for a period of six (6) months; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Leave of Absence is hereby
granted to:
LISANDRO E. VILLALBA
commencing October I, 2004 and ending April I, 2005.
Adopted this 7th day of October, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 8, 2004.
