A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE CONTRACT
s AGREEMENTS FOR CDBG PUBLIC SERVICE PRO-
Ir JECTS AT $5,580 EACH INCLUDING CHILD
ABUSE PREVENTION ANll HUDSON-LINDSEY GROUP

WHEREAS, on April 15, 1986, Council approved the City's
CDBG Application for fiscal year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS, said application included provisions for funding
three public service projects at $5,580 each; and
WHEREAS, contract agreements for Child Abuse Prevention
and Hudson-Lindsey Group Home have been prepared in compliance
with HUD and City guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the term of said agreements is from July 1, 1986-
June 3G, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approve the contract agreements for Child ,
Abuse Prevention and Hudson-Lindsey Group Home at $5,580 each
for fiscal year 1985-37.
SECTION 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute said contracts.
PASSED, APPROVED and AllOPTED this 1st day of July 1986.
