A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CZTY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE COMPENSATION
FOR NOTARY SERVICE

WHEREAS, there is a need to provide notary service
to complete specific City transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation Clerk and the Planning
Technician are currently providing this service; and
WHEREAS, neither job description addresses these
additional duties;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend Exibit D the Special Assignment
Compensation Salary Schedule of the Salary Resolution to add the
title and pay of notary public 23.08
50.00 mo.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
