A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT OFFERED FOR
DEDICATION AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP 17299.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for~the convenience,
welfare and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of
the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement, and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 17299 has been analyzed and approved
by the City of Lynwood Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the developer, Hood Development, has complied
with all. the Engineering Division improvement requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section_1_ The City Council accepts the dedication to the
City of Lynwood as offered for dedication; the easement for street
purposes so designated on Parcel Map 17299 PMB ____ _/

______________________ of official records of the County of Los
Angeles.
S_ection_2_ That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City by: Lynwood Methodist Church, a
Corporation.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of
