REJECTION OF BIDS AND AUTHORIZING PURCHASE FROM STATE
CONTRACT FOR VARIOUS VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") previously solicited and
received bids for the purchase of various vehicles/trucks and;
WHEREAS, the Borough desires to rejects said bids and purchase the needed
vehicles pursuant to New Jersey State Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the bids previously received for vehicles/trucks are
hereby rejected and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
purchase the same from New Jersey State Contract. A copy of this Resolution to
be forwarded to Purchasing Agent
Adopted this 14th day of October, 2004 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
October 15,2004.
