CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JUNE 1, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the June 1, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:47 P.M. to review the City Council agenda.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing recommendations, the pre-meeting was made
available for participation via WebEx.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present via WebEx when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich,
Schreiber, Vogt, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Hussey will lead the prayer.
Presentations
- Representatives from F & F Development and Chesterfield Hotels/Arcturis will
present their best and final proposals.
Consent Agenda Items
- There were no questions on the consent agenda items.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff provided a summary of their respective bills introduced.
Pending Bills
- City Staff provided a summary of their pending bills.
Resolutions
- City Staff provided a summary on their respective resolution s.
