The meeting was convened at 7:45 P.M. by the current Chair of the Committee,
Councilman Hussey for the purpose of election of officers.
Members of the Committee were present by roll call:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich,
Prather, Schreiber, Ward and Wiseman
Absent: None
Councilman Hussey opened the floor for nominations of Chair and Vice-Chair.
Chair – Councilman Graham nominated Councilman Mihalevich as Chair.
Councilman Graham motioned to cease nominations and elect Councilman
Mihalevich by acclamation. Councilman Prather seconded the motion.
Councilman Mihalevich was elected unanimously.
Vice-Chair – Councilman Prather nominated Councilman Hussey as Vice-Chair.
Councilman Prather motioned to cease nominations and elect Coun cilman Hussy
by acclamation. Councilman Hensley seconded the motion. Councilman Hussey
was elected unanimously.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time,
Councilwoman Ward moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilma n Prather,
and approved unanimously at 7:50 PM.
