A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
RIVERDALE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH Tri- City Blacktop
FOR THE FENNO ROAD AND FENNO DRIVE OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa, has determined it is necessary to replace/repair Fenno
Road and Fenno Drive; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received: Tri City Blacktop, General Asphalt Construction
and Valley Construction; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverdale hereby determines Tri-City
Blacktop to be the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that the
City of Riverdale accepts the Tri-City Blacktop Bid and awards the Fenno Road Project
contract to Tri-City Blacktop for $ 78,005.40 for the Fenno
Road and Fenno Drive Overlay Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that the Mayor
and/or City Clerk shall execute all documents and take all steps necessary to carry out this
Resolution.
