APPOINTING BROKER OF RECORD FOR HEALTH INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the Borough has previously designed Grinspec Consulting as its Insurance
Broker of Record for health insurance; and
WHEREAS, the Borough wishes to rescind said designation and further designate Fleet
Insurance Services, 10 Madison A venue, Morristown, New Jersey 07960, as the
Borough's Insurance Broker of Record for health insurance for the January ], 2005
renewal period. i
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret County of Middlesex, state of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the designation of Grinspec Consulting as the Borough's Insurance
Broker of Record for health insurance is hereby rescinded.
2. That Fleet Insurance Services is hereby designed as the Borough's Insurance
Broker of Record for Health Insurance for the January 1,2005 period.
3. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized and directed to
take the required action to implement the terms of this Resolution, including
the issuance of a Insurance Broker of Record to Fleet Insurance.
