ISECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 86 -2421
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
-CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DENYING CUP 86 -779.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon a Public Hearing for a Domino's Takeout
Pizza, at 4578 Las Tunas Drive, the City Council finds:
1. That the site for the proposed use is adequate in
size, shape, topography or circumstances; and
2. That the site has adequate access to streets;
3. That the proposed use will have an adverse effect
upon the use, enjoyment or valuation of adjacent
property or upon the public welfare because:
a. Said application has been amended by
applicant so as to delete all refer-
ences to restricted hours, thus
increasing the day time parking problem.
b. Applicant has admitted that the proposed
use is not truly retail or compatible.
with C -1 -R zoning.
c. The type of restaurant could change from
take -out to sit -down, which would aggrevate
parking problems.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, said CUP is denied.
