AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2012-2013
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECOGNIZING REVENUE FROM
THE SALE OF NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM PROPERTIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The FY2012-2013 Budget is hereby amended within the General Fund (Account
10-100-480020 - NSP Rehab Sales) in the amount of $101,406.88 indicated on Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
