A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS
AND APPROPRIATION FOR THE SLURRY SEAL PROJECT
FY 1986-87
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of a more extensive
street maintenance program; and
WHEREAS, a $50,000, HCDA funded, slurry seal project is
scheduled for construction during fiscal year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS, there is adequate unexpended appropriations in
the Gas Tax fund; and
WHEREAS, an additional $50,000 of Gas Tax funds will be
added to increase the scope of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section_1_ That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfers and appropriations:

FY 1986-87 $50,000
Section 2_ This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
