A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS
AND APPROPRIATION FOR THE MONA BOULEVARD STREET
IMPROVRMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles proposed a corporate
agreement with the City of Lynwood for widening and improving Mona
Boulevard between Imperial Highway and 120th Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood is
desirous of entering into the agreement with the County of Los
Angeles; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project is not listed in the
FY 1986-87 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City's share of the project construction
cost is estimated to be $205,000; and
WHEREAS, it is also estimated that the cost of coordination
with the County will be $5,000; and
WHEREAS, there is adequate unexpended appropriations in
the Gas Tax fund; and
6 WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the implications of
` this budget amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section_1_ That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfers and appropriations:

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
