The meeting was convened at 7:15 P.M. by the current Chair of the Committee, Councilman Graham for the purpose of election of officers. Members of the Committee were present by roll call: Present: Vogt, Ward, Hussey, Graham, Schreiber Absent: None Councilman Graham opened the floor for nominations of Chair and Vice -Chair. Chair — Councilman Schreiber nominated Councilman Graham as Chair. Councilman Schreiber motioned to cease nominations and elect Councilman Graham by acclamation. Councilman Hussey seconded the motion. Councilman Graham was elected unanimously. Vice -Chair — Councilman Hussey nominated Councilman Schreiber as Vice - Chair. Councilman Hussey motioned to cease nominations and elect Councilman Schreiber by acclamation. Councilwoman Ward seconded the motion. Councilman Schreiber was elected unanimously. Determine Standard Meeting Schedule The City Council Public Safety Committee meets at 7:30 A.M. on the last Thursday of the month. Adjourn There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, Councilwoman Ward moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Graham, and approved unanimously at 7:16 P.M.
