Workshop Minutes
March 15, 2022

CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Groisman called the workshop regarding the compensation of
the Village Attorney to order at 6:34 P.M.
The following were present:
Mayor Gabriel Groisman
Vice Mayor Seth Salver
Councilman David Albaum
Councilman Jeffrey Freimark (via Zoom)
Councilman Buzzy Sklar
Also present:
Jorge M. Gonzalez, Village Manager
Dwight S. Danie, Village Clerk
Susan Trevarthen, Village Attorney
Mayor Groisman began the discussion, saying that he had met with the Village Attorney
and was very happy with the services provide and with the contract. He suggested
awarding a 5% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) to the law firm. Councilman Freimark and
Councilman Albaum also said that they were happy with the services and agreed that a 5%
COLA would be appropriate. There was no further discussion
ADJOURNMENT - The workshop was adjourned at 6:36 P.M
