A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS
AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A COMPUTER
PRINTER AND SUPPLIES FOR THE RTD BUSPASS BUYDOWN
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood operates a buspass buydown
program whereby the residents of Lynwood can purchase RTD monthly
passes at discounted rates; and
WHEREAS, the City's program is operated through the use of
computer generated forms; and
WHEREAS, the printer originally used for the program has
malfunctioned and repair costs exceed the value of the equipment; and
WHEREAS, additional supplies are needed due to the increased
number of participants in the program;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following transfers and appropriations:

$1500.00 $400.00 31-4485-4212 Operating Supp.
Unappropriated Fund Balance $1100.00 31-4485-4311 Office Equipment
Proposition A Fund
Section 2. That the FY 1986/87 capitol outlay list is
amended to include a computer printer.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect immediately
upon its adoption.

September 1986.
