A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF
ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
AND FORTY FIVE DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS
($149,145.16) FOR THE PURPOSE OF COVERING
PURCHASES WHICH WERE OUTSTANDING FROM FISCAL
YEAR 1985-86
WHEREAS, there are outstanding purchases approved for
fiscal year 1985-86 which were not received prior to July 1,

i WHEREAS, payments will be made dur ing the fiscal year
year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS, the 1986-87 budget did not re-appropriate for
these items:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby find,
determine, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make
