A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS
AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of completing
various capital improvement projects, and adding funding for a
sidewalk reconstruction project, by June 30, 1987; and

WHEREAS, the completion of these projects will require
the use of contracted professional services; and
WHEREAS, there is adequate unexpended appropriations in
the Gas Tax Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, and resolve as follows:

Section 2. That the FY 1986/87 capital improvement
budget be amended to include a new project entitled "Sidewalk
Reconstruction".
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
