MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
The Federal Aviation Administration's Cascade, Idaho, Airway
Facilities Sector Field Office and the Airport Manager at
McCall, Idaho, have agreed that the Airport Manager, or a member
of his staff, will accomplish the weekly inspections of the VASI
System on Runway 34. Additionally, the parties have agreed that
when the inspection has been completed, the Airport Manager, or a
member of his staff, will notify Cascade Facility of the results,
by calling collect 208-343-1846.
The inspection shall consist of visual observation to determine
if any of the twelve lamps (three per box) have failed, or if
there has been any obvious physical damage or misalignment of the
VASI support.
In return for providing the agreed on services, the Airport
Manager will receive nothing but our gratitude, and the
realization that he is doing his part to increase efficiency and
economy in government.
The Federal Aviation Administration agrees that the Airport
Manager, or his staff, will not be held liable in any legal
actions regarding the maintenance of the VAST System.
This agreement shall remain in force indefinitely from the date
of signature, but may be canceled by either party by giving
thirty days written notification.
