A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THF. FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS
AND APPROPRIATION FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(SB-300) FY 1986-87
r
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of a more extensive
street maintenance program; and
WHEREAS, a $322,000, SB-300 funded, street improvement
project is scheduled for construction during fiscal year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS, there is adequate unexpended appropriations in
the SB-300 fund; and
WHEREAS, the design for the Virginia Avenue Reconstruction
Project will be re-evaluated and construction will be postponed; and
WHEREAS, an additional $73,000 of 5B-300 funds will be
added to offset higher construction costs and increase the scope
of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:

authorized to make the following transfers:
