A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATIONS TO THE FY 1986-87 BUDGET IN ORDER TO
IMPLEMENT A COMMUNITY CRIME RESISTANCE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the Los Angeles
County Sheriff's Department to submit a grant application to the
State Office of Criminal Justice Planning in order to establish a
Community Crime Resistance Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the expenditure of
$6,327 as the City's 10$ cash match to the program; and
WHEREAS, the State has approved the City's grant
application; and
WHEREAS, budget amendments are needed to implement the
program.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following fund transfers.

SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designeee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriations and

SECTION 4. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
