A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE FY 86-87 BUDGET AND
ADDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO THE APPROVED
CAPITAL OUTLAY LIST
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has received a grant
of $46,850 from the State Office of Traffic Safety; and
f WHEREAS, the grant funds are to be used to establish a
computerized traffic enforcement analysis records system; and
WHEREAS, a budget amendment is needed and the computer
equipment needs to be added to the approved capital outlay list.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to make the following budget amendments:

SECTION 2. That the equipment listed on Exhibits A and
B are added to the approved capital outlay list.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of
October 1986
